I started my career within the building industry in 2002, working with several building firms around Sussex and Surrey. In 2009 I started my first job with BM Hepburn Ltd as a fixer and soon realised that I wanted to progress within the company.

Within six months I was given the opportunity to move into a Site Supervisor role and was provided with the necessary training; CITB SSSTS, SMSTS courses. The company continued to support my progression and I now have the role of Contracts Manager which is a varied job I enjoy. Whilst the company has grown hugely over the years it remains, as ever, a family run business that invests in their staff and is able to retain a great team of industry experts.

Outside work I enjoy watching and playing football, fishing and traveling.
