B M Hepburn are pleased to announce that we have secured yet another large & prestigious project. Cygnet Mental Health Hospital is a substantial value contract worth around £1m upon initial order. This includes the dry lining, plastering & screeding. The project is for a highly valued customer of ours, Metnor Construction. We have worked closely with Metnor Construction in value engineering the project to a final saving of circa £200,000.00. This was a great outcome for both B M Hepburn & Metnor and proves our worth when getting involved in projects at an early design stage. We look forward to commencing yet another challenging project.
