Tanbridge House School, Horsham – New Teaching Block, Science Block & Main Hall  Refurbishment – Completed August 2016

This project was a large package for B M Hepburn and involved the following trade installations;

• SFS External Walls
• Envirowall insulated silicone render
• Ardex quick drying floor screed
• Metal Stud Walls
• Insulation
• Tape & Joint finishing
• Suspended grid ceilings
• Fire proofing

Due to the size of this design & build project it required a lot of planning & communication with Beard Construction, especially as it was constructed around a live school. Traffic management and supervision was essential. B M Hepburn engaged with Beard Construction well before the build commenced and any design issues were rectified prior to starting, this was an extremely positive process in the project. During the build we built up a great working relationship with the Beard Construction management, the main factors being continued forms of communication and the desire to work towards the same goals. B M Hepburn completed the project on time & snag free. This was a tremendous effort for all involved and we are proud of our achievements on another large, successful and high profile project.
